Rika Matsui

Rika Matsui has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rika is currently working as a Program Manager at Moon Creative Lab since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Web Designer in a freelance capacity from May 2019 to July 2021. From September 2019 to January 2021, Rika served as a Product Manager at ilovecreatives. Rika successfully executed product launches and handled maintenance for various courses and tools.

Before their freelance work, Rika worked at Skechers as a Department Manager in the Digital team from September 2017 to March 2019. Rika supported the Senior Vice President and Vice President of Digital and collaborated with the engineering team to improve user experience on Skechers.com.

In 2017, Rika briefly worked as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer at Beautycounter. Prior to that, they served as an Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President, Global Product at Skechers from January 2015 to April 2017.

Rika started their career in 2011 as an Executive Assistant to the Global Chief Operating Officer at Adconion Media Group. Rika also gained experience as a Gallery Intern at Merry Karnowsky Gallery in 2012 and as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer at Fox Interactive Media from September 2008 to March 2011.

Additionally, Rika has experience providing administrative support in a freelance role from September 2013 to December 2014. Rika has developed a diverse skill set through their various positions and is adept at project management, web design, product development, and executive support.

Rika Matsui attended Seisen International School, where they completed the International Baccalaureate program. Later, they enrolled at the University of Southern California and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
