Helen Genia

Helen Genia is an accomplished industry leader in consumer products, currently serving as Head of Consumer Products International and Global Hardlines Director at Moonbug Entertainment since May 2022. Prior to this, Helen held various senior roles at Mattel EMEA from September 2014 to April 2022, where responsibilities included leading licensing strategies for UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Russia, and managing multiple well-known Mattel brands. Earlier in the career, Helen worked at Hasbro Europe from March 1996 to August 2014, managing product lines and brand marketing for Action Man and other key franchises. Helen Genia holds a BSc Hons in Engineering Product Design from Southbank University.
