Rachel Percy

Rachel Percy has a solid background in legal counsel and business affairs. Rachel currently holds the position of Legal Director, Consumer Products at Moonbug Entertainment since 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Legal Counsel at Sanrio Global Limited from 2019 to 2020. Rachel also served as an Associate Partner at Rational IP from 2012 to 2018 and as a Senior Legal & Business Affairs Manager, Consumer Products at ITV Global Entertainment in 2012. Earlier in their career, they held the roles of Senior Legal Counsel at Chorion Limited from 2008 to 2012, Associate in the Commerce and Technology Department at SJ Berwin from 2006 to 2008, and Solicitor in the Commercial Department at Chapman Tripp from 2004 to 2006.

Rachel Percy attended Victoria University of Wellington from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained an LLB (Hons) 1:1 degree. In addition, in 1999 and 2000, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration with a specialization in Economics at the same university.
