Jill Wallace

Jill Wallace is the Head of People at Mooncolony, bringing over 15 years of experience in the animation industry as a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Lunar Academy, they focus on nurturing digital artists through mentorship programs. Previously, Jill held roles such as Head of Talent at Axis Studios, where they developed talent strategies and recruited top industry professionals. They also had a foundation in production and studio management, including positions at Absolute Digital Pictures and Axis Animation. Jill is pursuing a BA in English and Sociology at the University of Strathclyde.
