Anthony Kyrkou

Anthony Kyrkou is an experienced civil engineering professional, currently serving as the Manager of Engineering Services at Moonee Valley City Council since July 2021. In this role, Anthony leads and develops staff to deliver civil engineering solutions and fosters collaboration across disciplines to manage the Department's capital works portfolio. Previously, from November 2012 to July 2021, Anthony held multiple positions at the City of Whittlesea, including Manager of City Presentation, where responsibilities included strategic planning and service delivery, and Unit Leader of Infrastructure Projects. Anthony's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil and Infrastructure) with Honours from RMIT University and a Master of Business Administration from Swinburne University of Technology, among other qualifications.
