Kelly Armstrong is an experienced professional in the field of disability inclusion and community support, currently serving as the Access and Inclusion Officer at Moonee Valley City Council since August 2021. Previously, Kelly held various positions at the City of Port Phillip from 2008 to August 2021, including Community Access and Engagement Officer, MetroAccess Project Officer, and Team Leader Community Care. Earlier career experience includes working as an Occupational Therapist at Sage Care in the UK from 2005 to 2007. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from La Trobe University, obtained between 1996 and 1999, and completed education at Melbourne Rudolf Steiner School from 1983 to 1994.
