Natalie Oldmeadow (CAHRI)

Natalie Oldmeadow (CAHRI) is an experienced organisational design and development professional currently serving as the Organisational Design & Development Project Manager at Moonee Valley City Council since July 2023. Previously, Natalie held various senior roles at Banyule City Council from March 2014 to May 2023, including Senior P&C Business Partner, Senior Project Officer, Senior Organisational Development Consultant, and Senior HR Business Partner. Additionally, Natalie worked as the Acting Manager of People and Development at the Department of Lands, Planning and the Environment/Department of Transport, NTG, from November 2012 to November 2013, and as a Senior Organisational Consultant, Acting Manager of HR Operations, and Senior HR Consultant at the NT Department of Lands and Planning from November 2009 to November 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management/Industrial Relations from Victoria University, a Public Sector Management Program from Flinders University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Melbourne.
