Natalie Whalley

Natalie Whalley is an experienced arts and venue management professional currently serving as the Team Leader Venue Operations at Moonee Valley City Council, where responsibility includes enhancing venue utilisation and revenue through improved operational processes. Previously, as the Coordinator Performing Arts, significant programming and community engagement initiatives were successfully executed, resulting in record attendance levels. Natalie also possesses extensive experience in dance education across various institutions and has held roles in project management within the Australian Department of Home Affairs, where initiatives such as a Workforce Plan project and a gap year program for school leavers were spearheaded. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Management (Arts and Cultural Management) from the University of South Australia and a Bachelor's degree in Musical Theatre from Federation University Australia, complemented by presenter training and project management fundamentals.
