Petrus Barry

Petrus Barry is an experienced planning and building manager currently serving as the Manager Planning & Building at Moonee Valley City Council since April 2016. During this tenure, Petrus has also held the positions of Acting Group Manager Planning, Manager Statutory Planning, and Acting Director Organisational Performance. Prior to this role, Petrus was a Senior Town Planner at Rockhampton Regional Council from April 2009 to April 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the Australian Institute of Business, a Bachelor's degree Honours in Demography and Population Studies, and a Bachelor's degree in Town and Regional Planning, both from the University of Pretoria.
