Pritesh Justin Lal

Pritesh Justin Lal is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technology support and management, currently serving as an IT Helpdesk Officer at Moonee Valley City Council since January 2022. Previously, Pritesh worked as an IT Specialist at TTM Rail and held multiple roles at ANZ from December 2005 to September 2019, including Production Support Manager, Senior Infrastructure & Data Analyst, and acting IT Manager for Fiji & Suva Hub. Pritesh possesses a strong skill set in managing IT budgets, vendor relations, service availability, operational risk, and business continuity plans, alongside experience in user support and incident management. Pritesh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of the South Pacific and completed high school with a focus on Pure Science at Dudley High School.
