Gabriel Oltarz has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and companies. Gabriel started their career at KPMG Uruguay, where they worked as an Analyst in Transfer Pricing and External Audit from July 2012 to April 2015. Gabriel then joined Jackson Bar as a Project Manager from April 2015 to January 2016, where they were responsible for staff selection, financial planning, market research, and strategic planning.

After that, Gabriel worked as a Consultant at the Latin America Exporters Association from February 2016 to March 2018. Gabriel'sconsulting projects involved conducting economic and strategic analyses, developing productive ecosystems, and providing intervention strategies for various initiatives.

From May 2018 to March 2020, Gabriel was employed as a Senior Analyst at KPMG Israel, where they worked on tasks related to macroeconomics, microeconomics, financial operations, and credit analysis.

Most recently, Gabriel joined MOONEE in March 2020 as a Data Analyst. MOONEE is a Mobile Game Publishing and Monetization company where Gabriel specializes in game design, monetization methods, user-engagement, and data-driven decision making. Gabriel has recently transitioned to the role of Head of Growth, demonstrating their ability to progress within the company.

Gabriel Oltarz completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Universidad de la República from 2009 to 2016. Gabriel then pursued further education and obtained their Master of Arts degree in Behavioral Economics from Reichman University between 2019 and 2021.
