Tanbir Sajib, FCIM has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Tanbir currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Renata Limited. Prior to this role, Tanbir held various positions at Novo Nordisk, including Director of Marketing and Strategy, Director of the Insulin Business Unit, Director of Commercial Affairs, and Head of Commercial Affairs. Before joining Novo Nordisk, they worked at Sanofi as the Director of Primary Care, Director of Specialty Care, Director of Business Excellence and Key Accounts, and Director of Business Development and Excellence. Tanbir also served as the Marketing Manager at Nuvista Pharma and held multiple roles at Sandoz, including Head of Marketing, Head of Portfolio Management, Marketing Coordinator, and Portfolio Manager. Tanbir began their career as a Product Officer at ACI Limited. Tanbir's expertise lies in strategic marketing, business development, and leadership in the pharmaceutical industry.
Tanbir Sajib, FCIM, obtained their degree from the University of Dhaka, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the Department & Faculty of Pharmacy in 1998. Tanbir continued their education at the same university and earned a Master's degree in Pharmacy (M. Pharm) in 1999.
In 2018, Tanbir Sajib achieved the prestigious FCIM designation from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in the United Kingdom, making him a Fellow of the institute.
Apart from their formal education, Tanbir Sajib also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a major in Marketing from North South University.
