Business Development Analyst
This is an exceptional opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual with an interest in private equity who is seeking a progressive career within this desirable asset class. In this role, you will partner closely with the sales team to drive lead generation and growth initiatives. Your efforts will directly contribute to Moonfare’s mission of making private equity more accessible to qualified investors.
You will:
- Identify and generate high-quality leads, focusing on High and Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals and Family Office segments
- Innovate and improve the sales funnel by analysing lead quality and prioritising high-potential opportunities
- Participate in daily meetings with sales and marketing teams to understand lead enrichment needs
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to continuously develop and enhance the lead database and ensure funnel accuracy
- Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Wealth-X to identify, research and connect with prospective clients
- Maintain and update lead data in HubSpot, ensuring accurate information for both existing and incoming leads
- Demonstrate the potential to grow into a more senior role such as Relationship Partner or Account Manager, contributing to the long-term growth of the company
The next Moonfarian:
- Minimum 1 year in a Sales or Business Development position
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, self-starter attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
- Detail oriented with organistional, prioritisation and analytical skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Adpatable and able to deal with ambiguity
- Team player
- Ideally has a background or keen interest in private markets
