Payments Operations Associate (m/f/d)

As the leading global platform for private equity investing, Moonfare is growing. Our AML/KYC team plays a crucial role in our success. As a Payments Operations Associate, you will specialise in payments, becoming part of an expert, collaborative and multicultural team. You’ll work closely with our internal teams as well as external partners, including our Transfer Agent and other service providers to ensure a smooth AML/KYC process for our clients and stakeholders.

You will:

• Own the payments operations pillar at Moonfare
• Ensure proper distribution processes while maintaining adherence to AML regulations
• Work closely with our Business Process Optimisation team to further optimise the payments process at Moonfare
• Track and manage payment activities by identifying overdue payments and closely monitoring drawdowns
• Enhance customer satisfaction by aligning operational processes to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Establish strong relationships with external partners and oversee the implementation and monitoring of their SLAs 

The next Moonfarian:

• 3+ years of experience in transaction monitoring
• Experience in project management
• Experience in KYC Operations and simplified due diligence is a plus
• Previous experience with Hubspot or similar CRM software
• Previous experience with ticketing systems
• Takes initiative, maintains a solution-oriented mindset, and demonstrates full ownership of their area
• Has the ability to maintain high performance within a dynamic environment
• Experience in building, maintaining and developing stakeholder relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• German language skills are a plus
