Purva Satija

Purva Satija has a wealth of work experience in the legal field. Purva began their career in 2011 as the Head Legal Company Secretary for Modi Naturals. In 2015, they joined nearbuy.com as a Senior Manager - Legal, where they were responsible for contract management, setting legal frameworks, and implementing risk mitigation strategies for the company and its group companies. In 2016, they acted as a Transaction Advisor & Counsel for Trip Tap Toe, providing transactional and legal advice for their first private investment. In 2019, they joined Brand Capital, India as a Senior Legal Manager, and later that year, they joined Antares Legal as a Consultant. Currently, they are employed as Legal at Moonfrog Labs.

Purva Satija has a Bachelor's degree in LLB from Faculty of Law, New Delhi from 2011 to 2014. From 2015 to 2016, they attended National Academy of Legal Studies & Research (NALSAR) University Hyderabad, where they obtained a Diploma in Cyber Laws. In 2007 to 2009, they attended The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and obtained a Company Secretary qualification. More recently, in 2019, they attended Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, where they obtained a Certification Course in Private Equity and Capital Market Financing.
