Alden Ladd is a seasoned professional in the biotechnology sector with expertise in process and manufacturing sciences. Currently serving as the Director of Process and Manufacturing Sciences at Moonlight Bio since March 2024, Alden previously held significant roles at Beam Therapeutics, including Director of immune cell process development, where leadership was demonstrated in developing next-generation T cell therapies for cancer. Prior experience at bluebird bio involved developing large-scale manufacturing processes for Chimeric Antigen Receptor T cell therapy, with a focus on technology transfer to a Contract Manufacturing Organization. Earlier career highlights include cell line development at Merrimack Pharmaceuticals and biochemistry at Boston Beer Company. Alden holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Northeastern University.
