Ellen Koch has worked in the industry since 1998, beginning their career as a Customer Account Manager at Xerox Corp. Ellen then moved to Mail Solutions Now in 2005, where they served as a Quality Consultant until 2014. In this role, they established and maintained customer bases, conducted internal audits, and mentored customers in quarterly supplier reviews. From 2014-2016, they were a Client Relationship Manager at Pitney Bowes Presort Services. In 2018, they became Manager of Noticing Services at Epiq Global, and in 2020, they were promoted to Vice President at Moonlight BPO.
Ellen Koch obtained their Paralegal Certification from National University between 1987 and 1989. Ellen also holds four additional certifications: Certified Six Sigma Green Belt from Aveta Business Institute (obtained in July 2015), Executive Mail Center Manager from United States Postal Service (obtained in March 2007), Certified Mail Manager from Inplant Print Mail Association (obtained in June 2012), and ASQ Quality Auditor from American Society of Quality (obtained in December 2014).
