Noncedo Mngqibisa is an accomplished Project Manager currently at Nomic For Untul since April 2023, with extensive experience in the film and event industries. Serving as Co-Executive Producer at Cape Peninsula University of Technology since August 2020, Noncedo also works as a Costume Designer for Netflix and has contributed to various productions including The Cape Town Carnival and Noughts and Crosses in key costume roles. Noncedo's career in production began in 2014 with Moonlighting Film Production Services, where roles included Costume Floor Manager, Costume Coordinator, and Production Secretary. Noncedo holds a Diploma in Image Consultancy from the Academy of York, a Diploma in Event, Conference and Exhibition Management from Damelin, and is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Arts from the University of South Africa.

The company comprises Moonlighting Films, Moonlighting Commercials, MoonSport, Grinder Films (tabletop production and studio) and is a partner in Casta Diva South Africa. Working from the Head Office in Cape Town, Moonlighting operates throughout Southern Africa with particular experience in Kenya, Tanzania, Namibia, Mozambique, Nigeria, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Ghana among others.
