Laura Ryan

Laura Ryan is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Director and Global Head of People at MoonPay since March 2022. Previously, Laura held the role of HR Business Partner at Gazprom Energy from October 2014 to March 2022 and at Uniting Ambition for a brief period in 2014. Laura's earlier experience includes roles at LinkedIn as an HR Generalist for the EMEA region, HR Coordinator at Facebook EMEA HQ, and HR Generalist at Paddy Power Betfair. Initial HR experience was gained at PwC as an Executive Resourcing Assistant.

Laura holds a BA (Hons) 1st Class in Comparative American Studies from the University of Liverpool and a CIPD qualification in Human Resources from the National College of Ireland.
