Uttara Kumar Verma

Uttara Kumar Verma has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Uttara Kumar began their career in 1999 at Tata Consultancy Services, where they served as an IT Analyst, Developer, Project Manager, and QA Manager until 2006. During this time, they gained expertise in various IT functions.

Following their tenure at Tata Consultancy Services, Uttara founded Rubicon InfoSolutions Pvt Ltd in 2006. As the Founder, they conceptualized, developed, and marketed a B2B2C marketplace, showcasing their entrepreneurial skills.

In 2008, Uttara joined KPIT Cummins Infosystems Limited as a Process Consultant. Uttara Kumar played a crucial role in leading a team of Process consultants in implementing and achieving CMMI Level 3 certification for the organization. Uttara Kumar'sresponsibilities included conducting gap analysis, defining and implementing processes, and assisting the organization in CMMI assessments.

From 2011 to 2012, Uttara worked as a Service Delivery Lead at Tata Consultancy Services, further enhancing their project management and delivery capabilities.

Uttara Kumar then joined Tesco HSC in 2013 as a Quality Manager and Senior Consultant, where they focused on maintaining high-quality standards and providing valuable insights to improve processes.

In 2014, Uttara served as the Vice President at CES India, where they contributed to the company's growth and success in their leadership role.

Uttara Kumar later joined Synoverge Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in 2015 as a Client Engagement Manager. Here, they played a pivotal role in acquiring new clients and fostering relationships with existing ones. Uttara also actively worked on ensuring timely project delivery and identifying opportunities for future projects.

In 2018, Uttara worked at PwC India as a Manager, where they utilized their expertise to manage projects effectively.

In 2019, Uttara co-founded Anadik Technologies Pvt Ltd, where they focused on hiring candidates for various roles, such as .net/php/wordpress/Android/UX/Blockchain/Business Development.

Most recently, in 2020, Uttara joined Moonshot Junior Inc as the Gamification Head. Uttara Kumar co-created and launched the board game, Moonpreneur, which combines entertainment with educational content about business and financial concepts.

From 2012 to 2013, Uttara attended the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, where they obtained a PGDME/IPMX degree in Strategy & Marketing.

In 2011 to 2012, Uttara studied at the S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research and received an SYB degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.

From 1996 to 1999, Uttara attended the Shri G S Institute of Technology & Science and earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Telecommunications.

Between 1988 and 1995, Uttara went to Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) to complete their 10+2 education.

Additionally, Uttara has obtained various certifications. In 2011, they received an ITIL Foundation Certification V3 from APMG International. In 2003, they earned a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from TCS.
