Alfredo Gariboldi

Alfredo Gariboldi has extensive experience in the sales and marketing field, specifically in the HVAC industry. Alfredo is currently serving as the Sales and Marketing Director Europe - HVAC at Moons' Industries Europe Headquarter s.r.l. starting from January 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at Bitron as the Sales Manager HVAC Italia from June 2011 to January 2023. Before Bitron, they held a position at Honeywell Srl - Environmental & Combustion Control as the Key Account Manager OEM from August 2004 to June 2011. Alfredo also worked at Elster as the Area Sales Manager Heating from October 2000 to August 2004, where they were responsible for various tasks including sales, logistics, quality, marketing, HVAC OEM and dealer/customer management, as well as new customer development and market scouting.

From 2017 to 2018, they attended 24ORE Business School and obtained an Executive Master's degree in Sales Management. Prior to that, between 1992 and 1997, they attended National Avio School and received a Diploma di Scuola Superiore in Perito Tecnico Aeronautico.

Furthermore, they obtained additional certification in August 2006 as a Six Sigma Plus - Green Belt for Sales Growth from Honeywell.
