Laura Hernandez has worked for four companies in the technology and eCommerce industries. Laura began their career in 2018 as an Excellence Associate for both Easy Taxi and Cabify. In 2020, they took on the role of Agente Live Ops for Mi Águila, a technology, transport, logistics and eCommerce company focused on helping traditional businesses in Latin America to thrive in a digital world. In 2022, they began working as a Customer Care for Moons.

Laura Hernandez has a diverse educational background. In 2010, they completed a Technical Degree in Computer Equipment Maintenance from Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA). In 2019, they completed a Fundamentals Basic Course for the Elaboration of Payroll and Social Benefits also from Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA). Currently, they are pursuing a degree in International Management from Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA).
