Carmen Duffy

Carmen Duffy is an experienced leader in talent acquisition and organizational transformation, currently serving as the Managing Director at Moonshot Inc. since May 2018, where a consortium focuses on AI and Machine Learning technologies. Prior to this role, Carmen held key positions at Accenture, including Global Talent Acquisition, Strategic Assessments Lead and Executive Recruitment Lead for Accenture Digital N. America, overseeing global recruitment and assessment projects designed to enhance candidate selection processes. Carmen's expertise extends to founding ChangePath Consulting, assisting organizations in aligning corporate strategy with talent management. Previous roles include HR Consultant at Corporate Communications Interactive Inc. and Technology Recruiting Lead at Accenture. Carmen holds a B.A. in Labour Management Relations and East Asian Studies from the University of Toronto and has an educational background from McGill University and Branksome Hall.
