Amanda Lafferty has an extensive work experience that spans over 20 years. Amanda started their career at Armed Forces Bank in 1998 as a teller and has since held various roles including Deposit Operations Support and Check Card Mgmt Analyst, End User Security Coordinator, Identity Access Manager, Service Desk Manager, and Product Support Manager. Their responsibilities have ranged from managing remote service desk employees to consolidating security access for over 80 applications, resulting in risk reduction. Amanda also worked at TriCom Technical Services as an Application Analyst in 2016 and then as a Technical Recruiter from 2016 to 2017. Amanda joined Valorem in 2017 and started as Lead Service Management, where they managed a team of staff to meet business objectives. Amanda also worked as a Technical Support Lead. Currently, Amanda is a Project Manager at Moonshot Solutions, starting in January 2022.

Amanda Lafferty attended Johnson County Community College from 1996 to 1998, but did not obtain a degree or study in a particular field. Recently, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scum Alliance in October 2021.
