Russ Koziol

Russ Koziol has nearly three decades of experience in the staffing and services industry, having worked primarily for Aerotek and its subsidiary EASi. Russ started at Aerotek as an Account Manager in 1995, later becoming Director of Business Operations for Kansas and Missouri. After 20 years with Aerotek, they became Executive Director for EASi in 2015, where they served until 2021. In May 2022, Koziol became President and CEO of Moonshot Solutions, a privately held company focused on IT consulting and strategic partnerships with clients.

Russ Koziol attended Eastern Illinois University from 1990 to 1994. Russ studied Communications and Business, but there is no information available about whether they completed a degree.
