Thomas Bagge Olesen

Thomas Bagge Olesen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in advisory and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Envelope since July 2024, Thomas also holds the position of Chairman at OptimumIT A/S, which specializes in digitization services for public authorities and private companies. Additional roles include Board Member at Brogaarden, Advisor and Mentor for Agrifood at Rockstart, and Member of the Board of Advisors for MoooFarm, which focuses on empowering dairy farmers in India. Formerly, Thomas was a Partner and Chairman at Den Sociale Kapitalfond, managing Denmark's first social venture fund, and has held advisory board positions at IUNO and PL & Partners A/S, among others. Thomas's educational background includes an MBA from Copenhagen Business School and a Master of Engineering from DTU, complemented by executive education from Harvard Business School.
