Mark Lucas

Mark Lucas is a Partner and General Counsel at Moore Barlow LLP, specializing in corporate law, including mergers, business ownership arrangements, and commercial agreements. Previously, Mark held positions at Barlow Robbins LLP and AWB Partnership, where they built commercial practices and managed complex transactions. Mark has also been an active contributor to the legal community, serving on the Law Society's Company Law Committee and as a writer for the Solicitors' Journal. As an experienced school governor, Mark chaired the board at Pennthorpe School for six years. Mark holds a BA (Hons) in English Literature from the University of York and a CPE and LSF from the College of Law, Guildford.
