Rick Moore, P.E. is a professional engineer with extensive experience in land development and growth management consulting. As a partner at Moore Bass Consulting, Inc. since April 1991, Rick Moore has played a key role in the firm’s consulting activities. Prior to this, Rick Moore served as president and owner of Richard Moore & Associates, Inc. from May 1988 to April 1991. Rick Moore earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida between 1980 and 1983.
