As the Vice President of Manufacturing at MCSI, Rusty oversees both the Katy and Baytown shop facilities. He works to keep projects on scope, on schedule, and within budget.

Rusty's enthusiasm is infectious as he leads his team to work at the highest of quality standards. He is fully committed to overall customer satisfaction and has over 30 years of fabrication experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
