Tina Homer

Tina Homer (CIPD Assoc.) is a Senior Human Resources Business Partner with extensive experience in various HR roles at companies such as Moore Kingston Smith, Platinum Care Solutions Group ltd, and Guardian Angel Carers. In their previous role at L.K.Bennett, Tina was responsible for managing all ER cases, creating new roles within the Retail structure, leading change management initiatives, and partnering with Heads of Retail and Trading to deliver projects. Prior to this, Tina worked at SAINSBURY'S SUPERMARKETS LTD as a Human Resources Manager, where Tina was known as a trusted HR expert and successfully managed various HR projects and initiatives. Tina is currently studying towards a CIPD level 5 qualification.
