Pierre Wolmarans

Pierre Wolmarans has extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as an Advisory at Moore South Africa since May 2021. Before this role, Pierre held the position of Country Chief Executive Officer at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking from January 2005 to July 2019, during which time Pierre was also a Member of the Board of Directors at Societe Generale Ghana Limited. Pierre's prior experience includes serving as Country Chief Executive Officer at Bank Muscat in Bahrain from January 2001 to December 2004, and positions at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking from 1989 to 1999, including Director of Corporate Finance. Early career experience includes corporate finance consulting at Central Merchant Bank Limited and practicing law as an attorney at Smit De Wet & Vennote. Pierre holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Johannesburg.
