Zhangjian Zhao

Zhangjian Zhao has been working in the software engineering industry since 2016. Zhangjian began their career at AMD as a Software Engineer and Hardware Design Engineer, where they were responsible for Direct-3D graphics user mode driver, real-time game debugging, performance tuning on CPU bound and GPU bound cases, and GPU physical design including floorplan, placement and routing. In 2019, they joined HYGON as a MTS Software Engineer and was the owner of GPGPU user mode driver (HIP/ROCclr of ROCm). Zhangjian's roles included performance tuning and feature development. Currently, they are employed at Moore Threads Technology Co. Ltd. as a Software Engineer, where they are the tech leader of compute driver team and a core contributor of CUDA compatible user mode driver.

Zhangjian Zhao obtained a Bachelor's degree from Northwestern Polytechnical University in 2014 and a Master's degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2017. Zhangjian has also obtained certifications from Coursera, including Neural Networks and Deep Learning (May 2019), 计算机组成 (March 2019), Machine Learning (January 2019), C程序设计进阶 (March 2018), 操作系统原理（Operating Systems） (March 2018), C++程序设计 (January 2018), 数据结构基础 (December 2017), and 算法基础 (October 2007).
