Alan Villegas

Alan Villegas is a civil engineer with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Fresno, and an Associate of Arts degree in Math and Science from West Hills College Lemoore. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at Moore Twining Associates, Inc. since February 2021, Alan previously held the position of Project Engineer at Technicon Engineering Services, Inc. from December 2019 to February 2021 and worked as a Student Assistant at Caltrans from July 2019 to November 2019.
