Alexis Roeber

Alexis Roeber is a corporate attorney at Moore & Van Allen PLLC since February 2024, previously serving as an associate attorney at Poyner Spruill LLP from September 2022 to February 2024. Roeber gained valuable experience as a research assistant at George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School, focusing on the transition to T+1 and the implications of DLT on the securities settlement cycle.
