Rebecca Alba

Rebecca Alba is an Associate Attorney at Moore & Van Allen PLLC, specializing in Intellectual Property Litigation since November 2023. Previously, Rebecca worked at Venable LLP as an Associate Attorney, focusing on patent litigation in life sciences and Hatch-Waxman Act cases from October 2022 to October 2023. During law school, Rebecca served as a Student Attorney at the Tulane Civil Rights and Federal Practice Clinic and held the position of Senior Articles Editor for the Tulane Journal of Technology & Intellectual Property, where responsibilities included selecting and reviewing articles for publication.
