Stephanie Marella Gryder

Stephanie Marella Gryder is an accomplished professional in attorney recruiting and diversity initiatives with extensive experience in the legal field. Currently serving as the Director of Attorney Recruiting & Development at Moore & Van Allen PLLC since January 2012, Stephanie has also held roles including Senior Manager and Manager of Diversity and Community Initiatives within the same firm. Prior to this, Stephanie worked as a Diversity Coordinator for the Mecklenburg County Bar from June 2008 to January 2012 and as a Legislative Editor for the American Bar Association from June 2006 to June 2008. Stephanie holds a Master of Public Administration in Non-Profit Management from George Mason University, completed in 2009, and a Bachelor of Arts in Government & International Politics from the same institution, earned in 2006.
