Florence Oeyen

Florence Oeyen is the Director of HR Tax & Global Mobility at Moore Belgium, a role held since 2023. Previously, they served as the Director of HR Tax & International Mobility at Tax Consult SA/NV from 2020 to 2023, and they held managerial positions there since 2006. They began their career as a Tax Consultant at Arthur Andersen and later worked as a Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte. Florence is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Law at Charleroi Area High School. They have extensive experience in international mobility, expatriate taxation, and payroll implementation.
