Clint Weaver (He/Him)

Clint Weaver has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Clint started their career in 2011 as a District Sales Manager at Russell Cellular. After that, they worked as an Overnight Assistant Manager at Walmart from 2012 to 2013. Clint then joined Heckethorn Manufacturing and served as a Staffing Manager from 2013 to 2016, followed by a role as Training & Development Manager in 2016. Clint then moved to MAT Holdings, Inc. and worked as an HR Generalist from 2016 to 2018. Following that, they joined Hobbs Bonded Fibers as a Human Resources Manager from 2018 to 2021. Currently, Clint is employed at MooreCo Inc., where he has previously held the position of Director of Human Resources and is currently serving as the Senior Director of People Operations.

Clint Weaver's education history includes attending Pensacola Christian College, where they studied Elementary Education & Business Management. Clint also obtained a High School Diploma from Ripley High School. Additionally, Clint has received certifications such as "Performance Management Reimagined" and "Hybrid Working" from the Josh Bersin Academy. Clint has also obtained certifications in "Lean Manufacturing Overview" and "OSHA 30 Hour General Industry" from the UT Center for Industrial Services. Clint has also completed training in "OSHA Log Recordkeeping" from the UT Center for Industrial Services.
