Richard Bywater

Richard Bywater has extensive work experience in supply chain, procurement, and purchasing roles. Richard started their career at Moores Furniture Group in 1993, where they worked as a QA Technician and later as a Buyer. In 2007, they joined Samuel Grant as a Purchasing Manager before moving to Sycamore Products Limited in 2010 as a Purchasing Manager. In 2012, they worked at Essential Packaging in the role of Product Development & Sourcing. From 2012 to 2015, they were employed at C3 where they worked in Sales, specifically in the packaging and furniture sector. Richard then returned to Moores Furniture Group in 2015, holding various roles including Procurement Manager and currently Head of Supply Chain.

Richard Bywater graduated from the University of Leeds in 1993 with a degree in Chemical Engineering (BEng). Prior to that, they attended Brecon High School from 1981 to 1989, but they did not specify a degree or field of study for this period.
