Steve Moorhead, Esq.

Steve Moorhead, Esq. is an experienced attorney and founding partner of Moorhead Law Group since May 2019, specializing in commercial real estate law, including closings, transactions, and litigation. As CEO of Clear Title of Northwest Florida LLC since January 2014, Steve leads a title agency focused on residential closings and is actively expanding the team. Prior to these roles, Steve was a partner at McDonald Fleming Moorhead from 1988 to May 2019, and served as president of Chelsea Title Agency of Northwest Florida, Inc. from 1995 to 2004, overseeing significant growth before its sale. Steve began their career in commercial real estate law as an associate attorney with Matthews, Reed, Bell and Hearth from 1986 to 1988. Steve holds a J.D. from Samford University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting from Auburn University.
