Amy Wilkinson

Amy Wilkinson is an experienced manager currently leading organisational change for a large-scale governance, risk, and compliance transformation programme at Moorhouse since October 2021. Previously, as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini Invent from August 2017 to October 2021, Amy spearheaded significant business change projects, including the development of change strategies for governmental data and technology initiatives. Prior to that, Amy delivered performance improvement programmes as a Lean Practitioner at Unipart Expert Practices and served as a Leadership Coach at RBS, focusing on facilitating leadership development across various divisions. Amy's career began at NatWest, where roles included Branch Manager and Customer Account Manager. Education was completed at Coloma Convent Girl's School with A Levels.
