Ciaran Vieyra

Ciaran has worked with several companies across the UK and internationally spanning several industries including Utilities, IT, and Transport with a specialism in helping companies achieve a step-change in performance improvement. His experience to date has provided him with a passion for performance improvement and building relationships through coaching to help people to fulfill their potential as leaders. Ciaran has significant experience working on the ground, alongside teams in demanding situations.

A problem solver at heart, Ciaran graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Chemical and Environmental Engineering.

Before joining Moorhouse, Ciaran worked for a boutique consultancy called Managementors, where he worked for almost 8 years. Starting as a graduate and progressing through the ranks to Project Manager, Ciaran has been managing consulting engagements for the last 4 years and has accumulated significant experience in analyzing business operations and developing solutions that lead to sustainable improvement, often implementing those solutions through to benefit realization.

A productivity specialist, Ciaran has worked with some of the largest IT companies in Europe, helping them to design and implement new processes and operating models with a focus on productivity, sustainability, and continuous improvement. Ciaran has also spent time working in the UK transport sector with Highways England and their partner contractors, leading on a recent highly successful operational transformation program across the South West of England, focussing on collaborative working to ensure sustainable performance improvement.
