Ellie Sharp has always been interested in working with people and talent. After completing their degree in Human Resources, they started their career as a Talent Development Executive with Inspiring Interns. Ellie then moved to Macmillan Cancer Support, where they worked as a Training Coordinator for the Macmillan at Work programme. In their current role as People & Talent Manager at Moorhouse, Ellie is responsible for all aspects of recruitment, performance management, and employee development.

Ellie Sharp has a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Bristol. Ellie also has a Level 5 Diploma in Learning & Development from CIPD Qualifications. In addition, they have a certification from TetraMap in TetraMap Facilitator and a certification from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in Mental Health First Aider. Finally, they have a certification from The Institute of Customer Service in Communications Qualification.
