Leila is a leader in their Government and Public Services sector who brings proven experience in large scale transformation and program delivery, keeping the customer at the heart of the change

Leila is currently designing and running the program management office for a large-scale change program in the public sector. Previously, she supported the performance management function at NHS England to ensure the achievement of key national constitutional targets.

Leila loves all sports, particularly playing and watching competitive netball and completing ridiculous mud runs. She’s also an avid traveler and has recently completed a solo trip around South America.
