Julie Wells-Colley, Chartered FCIPD, has extensive experience in leadership and operations within the care and training sectors. As Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Moorview Care since April 2020, Julie has demonstrated strong executive capabilities. Currently volunteering as a Career Coach at Smart Works Leeds since February 2024, Julie contributes to workforce development. Prior roles include Deputy CEO at The Avalon Group from June 2003 to April 2020, and various positions at St Annes Community Services from January 1999 to June 2003. Julie holds an MA in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University and completed the PAC Programme in Learning & Development at CCL.

Moorview Care
Over 20 years ago, Moorview Care started life as a 16-bed residential care home in North Yorkshire. We have expanded significantly since then and now have over 15 sites, but we remain a family run company, with family values and a family ethos. Moorview Care provides care and support to people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. Over the years we have been able to expand the types of support that we are able to offer. We can now provide Flexible Support in the local community and Supported Living in your own home.
