Nicki Dixon

Nicki Dixon has over two decades of experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Moorview Care since March 2015. In this role, Nicki is focused on establishing regional operations and promoting growth across North Yorkshire. Prior to this, Nicki held the position of Regional Director at HFSS "Support Specialists" from July 2011 to March 2015, where responsibilities included the opening of a Skills Centre and Outreach and Domiciliary Care services in Whitby. Nicki's career began at Tees, Esk & Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust as a Health Care Assistant in the EMI assessment unit, followed by a significant tenure as Scheme Manager at Craegmoor Healthcare from January 2001 to June 2011, overseeing three residential care services that achieved excellent CQC ratings and high scores in internal audits.
