The Shift Engineer oversees the technical and mechanical aspects of brewing, maintaining equipment to ensure minimal downtime. The Retail Operations Manager ensures that our products are optimally stocked and presented in retail outlets, enhancing customer experience and sales. The VP of Operations and HR leads the team, strategizing overall operational efficiency while also managing human resources to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
