Richard Lachance has over three decades of experience in sales and marketing, currently serving as Managing Partner at Moov Sales Agency since May 2021. Prior to this, Richard held various leadership roles at Hayward Industries, including Vice President of International Operations and Vice President of Sales and Marketing from June 2008 to December 2019, and National Sales & Marketing Manager from December 1997 to June 2008. Richard began the career as Regional Sales Manager at Hayward Pool Products Canada Inc. from May 1987 to December 1997. Richard earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, completing the degree between 1984 and 1987.
