Dr. Parag Khanna is currently the Founder & CEO of Climate Alpha, an AI-powered analytics platform for the real estate, asset management, and insurance industries. Prior to this, they were Managing Partner of FutureMap from 2018 to 2021, and Chief Futurist (Advisor) of Moovaz - Relocation Platform for Global Citizens from 2022. From 2010 to 2013, they were Managing Partner of Hybrid Reality, a firm that leverages sophisticated tools such scenario analysis, simulations and other complexity-based approaches to deliver fresh perspectives and strategic guidance to its clients and partners. Dr. Parag also held various positions from 2006 to 2013, including Senior Research Fellow at the National University of Singapore, Senior Fellow at the Singapore Institute of International Affairs, Senior Fellow at the New America Foundation, Visiting Fellow at LSE IDEAS, and Senior Geopolitical Advisor at US Special Operations Forces. From 2001 to 2006, they were Director of the Global Governance Initiative at the World Economic Forum.
Dr. Parag Khanna obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Georgetown University between 1995 and 1999. Dr. Parag then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Security Studies from Georgetown University between 2004 and 2005. Finally, they obtained their PhD in International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) between 2007 and 2010.
