Aline Fogel

Aline Fogel possesses extensive experience in human resources and business strategy, currently serving as Sr People & Culture Business Partner at Moove Europe since February 2019. Aline's career includes an MBA candidacy at IE Business School in 2018, where Aline held the position of President of the IE Brazilian Club. Previous roles have involved innovation strategy consulting at Microwd, performance consulting at Raízen, and HR business partnering at Vale, where Aline was instrumental in shaping HR strategies and leading significant workforce initiatives. Aline also holds dual MBA degrees from Fundação Dom Cabral and IE Business School, in addition to a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Winnipeg and a Bachelor of Business Administration from UERJ.
